Scarecrow Rodeo is an original music project featuring the songwriting of Paul J Toth, a longtime guitarist and keyboard player based out of Calgary, Canada. With a deep catalog of over 200 songs to his credit, the time has come to unleash these musical gems to the world.
After suffering a stroke in 2018 that took away his guitar-playing abilities, Paul refused to let the music stop. Pivoting his creative energy, he moved onto the keyboards and began enlisting the talents of his close friends and community to help bring these tracks to the light of day.
Bringing a family element into the mix, Paul's two musician sons have also lent their talents to the project, playing on various tracks—even if they had to bring a bit of their signature metalhead energy to the studio.
